Scared to place another order for delivery!

After I logged a complaint about the bad service I have received, I only got a what'sapp on an interaction that I started a day before. The message said that: we have sent a lost letter to Avon, please contact Avon. They did not even apologize for their error and the total inconvenience caused. I'm now so scared to place a order with Avon, since Skynet lost my package the last time and unfortunately Avon uses SkyNet for deliveries.
