SANELE KOLI DESERVES A RAISE AND PROMOTION

I am writing this for SKYNET employee Sanele Koli. She went above and beyond to get me my parcel. Skynet was sending me from pillar to post, always with a different story everyday. She was the only one willing to do the work and find my parcel. I would still be without my parcel if it was up to SKYNET themselves.
