Samsung SA - DONT USE SKYNET

Awaiting my EarPods & watch for nearly 3 weeks. Samsung SA - please choose a more professional company to do your deliveries, they giving you a poor image in the market.

My delivery address in n CPT, they went to Gauteng. Driver not even call to confirm, just a don't care attitude. Still no items and no urgency from Skynet. (3 weeks later). They wont even respond to this complaint as they just don't care
