Samsung Parcels Not Delivered

I ordered goods from Samsung and got an sms at 8am that my orders would be delivered by 5pm. I called them the entire afternoon, when the consultant for hold of the driver he sounded drunk. I did not receive my parcels at all. I then called them again today and they only then told me the driver brought the parcels back and they will be delivered on Monday no arrangements were made with me. I already took Friday off so I could be there to recieve the goods. I am beyond furious.
