Same adress to different clients

Story line my sibling ordered her item and I ordered something from different company's more less at same time. These companies used same company(sky net) to deliver our separate parcels.the guy delivering parcel decided on his own because the one not answering calls for to confirm availability for parcel he is not going to deliver my parcel yet I told him im home im available and me confirming that the second percel that i am unware off also expecting delivery from same delivery company person who he couldn't get hold off is here .he decided not to deliver neither of our parcels.neither of us were expecting to have delivery from same company on same day yet now I got suffer sacrificing my own time making arrangements (after receiving an sms to say my percel out for delivery) to be available all day ,for my percel not to be delivered because of delivery that doesnt concern me .
