My package is on the truck from the 7Jan (Today) 14 Jan 2025 . Everyday after atleast 9Min on hold and countless whatsapps the Employee confirms that she/he has spoken to the Driver and the package will be delivered on the day. Package contains important documents that is time sensitive and they ask every day to ensure someone is available to accept the package ,hence i have to arrange everyday for someone not to leave the house for nothing. Really disappointing service .Employees seem to think a simple apology without action is enough.
