****s and they don't deliver

I wish there was a zero rating because this is the worst delivering company.!!! When you call, they tell you your parcel is out for delivery, but when you call again later within the day, they tell you your order is in the warehouse and will be out for delivery the following day!!!!! Like, if you know you lie and are bad at keeping deadlines, why do you even refuse us to even collect our parcels. This is the worst and incapable delivery company EVER. Been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks with no communication from them. If you don't want your parcel to arrive, use them.
