Absolutely useless courier. They lie, time and time again. (keep in mind my address is 30 minute's away from their nearest depot!!!)

Every morning you get an sms saying that your parcel will be delivered that day...and it nevers comes. When i phoned and asked if the driver was coming that day, the call operator says she just got off the phone with him and he has entered my town and that i can expect my parcel in next hour or so. Well...the parcel never came. It has been 3 days of false promises...Im still waiting. Unfortunately the company i ordered from chose this courier, so had no say. but i will definitely be writing to the store and tell them to change couriers, because the courier service is what would me reluctant to order from them again!!
