SkyNet Worlwide Express - East London Branch Oh the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. What is the use of having contact numbers if you are not going to answer the phones?

I was expecting a parcel yesterday, around 10am (04.12.2023) the tracking site showed that the parcel was out for delivery. I waited until 5pm, no parcel, no calls... and definitely no phone being answered as I wanted to check where they were or how far they were.

This morning (05.12.2023) I track the parcel again and I am greeted by a lousy "The consignee was not available". Not available where? When? This is sickening and I do not know why big establishments such as RTMC still use this company when they are clearly ***********.

And of course, I tried calling them AGAIN before coming here, did they answer their phones? Take a guess! I am still waiting for my parcel... and judging by the Google Reviews, I might as well prepare to receive the parcel next year. Or never.
