Run Far From Skynet

The customer service of this company is deplorable. I waited over 20 minutes over the phone to get help with my order and still nobody helped me. I ordered and paid online for a express door to door delivery but even at this point nobody driver came to pick up my parcel or contact me to tell me what time my parcel will be collected. My advice is to avoid using Skynet at all costs.
