Rude Skynet Scooter delivery guy

The Witbank branch scooter driver was exceptionally rude to me and my helper on the 28.01.2024 around 18:30.

He cited how he is doing overtime, how he is stretching himselft to deliver after hours for skynet and how he was in a hurry. He was also hanging the phone on customer and had a pretty bad tone.

I reported this to the office (Shalene) on the 29.01.2024. She seemed as if she is taking me seriously but only to resend the same rude driver to me to deliver. He called me on my cellphone after hanging up on me the previous day. I do not think I am that dumb to allow a scooter boy from Skynet to be all over my head with rudeness. He was never reprimanded. If the reprimand was done, I should have been assured how the matter was handled. I was supposed to have felt like a valued cutomer.Skynet, you are rude and you are loosing your credibility with unprofessional people like this. I have seen other reviews, people are indeed complaining. I am also adding on to that number. I still have not received my parcel. Quiet frankly, if I see that scooter boy or hear from him, I will blow this to Lina (The Director). Can you please get your behavior in check. It is sickening to have to encounter scooter boy rudeness. We do not have time for this. I don't want my parcel delivered by this guy (Tshepiso). He is rude and he annoys me big time. How was also rude to my helper. Now that I cannot condone. Who the hell does he think he is wearing SKYNET uniform and conducting himself like a hooligan? Please intervene. I want to expose this on social media platforms.
