Rude Driver

The driver by the Kenneth Shokoane has absolutely no customer service. He was delivering a parcel and he's absolutely rude over the phone. When he called tto notify mee of his areval, he literally rushed me to come collect th parcel as he said 'he has somewhere to be'. Please instill customer service on your driver too.
