rude driver

The driver left me hanging with my parcel they had required proof of ID copy and proof of address so I gave him he told me that he needs with my name on I told him I'm renting that's why I brought the one with my landlord on. asked him to kindly wait while I make a copy with my name on he told me I'm not the only person he has to deliver to. he was just rude and does not care i called him he left and said I should call for another delivery .
