Rude customer service

I am waiting for a parcel from takealot. Which unfortunately they gave to skynet to deliver. From Joburg to Pretoria. The parcel was suppose to be here on Tuesday. Got a part of my parcel on tuesday. But the dogfood I ordered was nowhere in sight. Phoned an queried takealot, only to be told today. This morning I received an sms stating it will be delivered today. This afternoon at 5, it was still not delivered, so I phoned and was told nonchalantly, that the parcel was sitting in the skynet warehouse. When I told them I wanted it today, they threw the phone down in my ear. And no matter how hard I tried to phone the same number again, they just refused to pick up. Pathetic service, but that is what you expect from them
