Rude and Unprofessional with lack of basic customer service.

Skynet has to be absolutely the most unprofessional freight/courier service provider, that I have ever used. They have the most rude employees, that do not understand what customer service is. We have an order with Vodacom which has been ready for delivery from Monday 20th Oct 2024 and till now the only thing we get is rude employees who refuse to make timeous delivery, they keep postponing the delivery, to the next day and each day, NOTHING. I am starting to suspect that there is an inside syndicate that works with ******* that hijack and ***** people's orders. I think Skynet employees might be working with these ********s. Today is the 25th Oct 2024 and we still haven't received our order which was ready for delivery from the 20th.

If I could I would rate them a nought, unbelievable! Vodacom should just cancel their agreement with the Skynet and find alternative courier companies to deliver their orders.
