Rude and service rotten

No star for them they are lairs and drivers are very rude . I received a parcel from them the driver had such a bad attitude. I explained that I can't print at work because there was a problem with the printers but i was willing to send it via email the driver never wanted to understand and told me in a very harsh way then he won't deliver the parcel I in return told him it's okay he can take it back. When tracking the status said I refused the parcel. All lairs from the driver. Tryed emailing them and phoning even whatsapp but all have different stories. Received a message today that parcel was returned to sender without even trying or contacting me . Really **** service and worse courier company I ever experienced. Please people don't use this company
