Rude and aggressive delivery staff

I tracked my parcel which show delivery unsuccessful on day one yet I was home all after. Day 2 it shows the same thing, but I was home too.

No delivery, no attemp to call.

I followed up with the call center, which was helpful and they patched me to driver, which says his home and started getting aggressive and rude when asked why the package wasnt delivered.

He then later hung up the call, leaving the call center staff to apologize. This is unacceptable
