I visited the Weltervreden branch to send an envelope with some documents and was promised delivery the following day before 1pm. It reached the person only after several calls and after 8 pm; and promises by the area manager Sabelo to return my calls (still waiting after 3 days). Sabelo according to Katlego at the branch /source even mentioned that he was waiting for Sabelo's return call but never received one. ******* courier to deal with and is apparent from other reviews. I hope the company closes down and their staff die. Don't use this courier as when you enquire, they can't even track where your parcel is. They tell you something like "its on its way". Yes, we know that, stupid! Not to mention, the tracking website is also up to ******* like aforementioned.
