RTMC parcel not being delivered
I renewed my car license and received notice it had been sent off on 26 October. My RTMC parcel arrived at the Cape Town branch on 28th. Since then I have not received delivery. I emailed support - no response. I called customer service, they told me it would be delivered that day - 4 Nov. I've checked the tracking and it has 3 entries of "Delivery Exception: Consignee not available". I have been at the delivery address the entire time and have not been contacted in any way for delivery. Where is my car license?
