RTMC Parcel Delay

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delayed delivery of my parcel, which I have been expecting since last week.

The driver reportedly had the parcel in possession for over two days but claimed they could not locate my address. Despite this, no attempt was made by either the driver or any agent to contact me for directions.

On Friday, I was assured that the parcel would be delivered after 18:00, but it is now Monday, and I have neither received my parcel nor any further communication about its status.
