Rock bottom service

This delivery service is so useless it takes them a month to rectify a delivery address to date my package has been with them, and they are still getting authorization from Telkom, and they are unable to delivery , they kept me on hold for 20 min i just think that lady just put the phone on the side until i drop or run out of airtime , *** , Phindi
