Repeated Bad service from the delivery guy

The driver repeatedly refused to deliver to the correct address (TUT South Campus, Small Gate), causing two failed attempts. He played 'mind games,' forcing me to walk 1.5 km to a gate he wasn't at. On the final delivery, the driver was hostile and SHOUTED at me. He was verbally abusive, stating that he 'doesn't care' and it was 'my problem.' This is unacceptable professional misconduct and harassment that caused emotional distress. I have filed a formal complaint with Skynet and will be proceeding with a regulatory complaint to ICASA to ensure this driver faces disciplinary action."
