Really Vodacom, you use these couriers?

If I could leave no stars I would. I have been waiting for a delivery for over a week. I have phoned multie times and justget apologies. I have now been told on 4 different occasions that it would come. I have to arrange nothing for the entire day and hang around between 8:00 and 17:00 in the hopes that they would arrive. 4 days I've had my times wasted and have still not received my goods. How a company like Vodacom can trust a unreliable courier like this with their distribution boggles the mind.
