****py delivery service

My Vodacom package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday the 05 Dec and I still have not received it, they said that the consignee was not available which is a lie as I have being at home to receive the package. This is the second time this has happened. I also cannot get hold of them. Very bad surface but Vodacom still uses them. Bad for business vodacom
