Pure incompetence
Horrible delivery experience. My package was firstly sent to the wrong branch despite them having my details. Then the process of changing my address took forever. Then when the package was finally at the correct branch, they proceeded to lie to me repeatedly about when they would deliver. I waited over 2 weeks more for my delivery from the expected date given by Shein. Shein must start allowing its customers to choose which delivery courier service they prefer. My experience with SkyNet has left me in disbelief and deeply disappointed. Never again

31 Aug 2026, 18:14Skynet Worldwide express Secunda branch is a **** and have yet to deliver my package. It seems they thrive on desperate clients picking up packages themselves from their branch. They do not value nor respect their clients. I'm absolutely disheartened and disgusted by their level of pure incompetence and lack of conscience

31 Aug 2026, 18:16Skynet Worldwide express Secunda branch needs to be investigated and shut down because honestly there is no need for them to be open. They will promise to deliver your package and you will wait until you turn grey.
