Port Elizabeth branch useless

It is impossible to get hold of anyone at the Port Elizabeth branch. I've been trying to call multiple times since Wednesday to just change my delivery address on a package. I called head office on Wednesday and someone assisted me with the change. I had a feeling this morning Friday the 4th of Aug to call again, which I did. The address was changed but the package was still sent to the old delivery address. The call center lady put me through to the driver, the driver was so shocked that I called on his personal cellphone number (which I completely understand). Thankfully the driver was very helpful and got the package to me safely, I really needed it today as it was a birthday present. The branch in PE is extremely useless and no one answers any of the 2 numbers.
