Poor Skynet service

I received the sms that my package would have been delivered on Wednesday, Wednesday has come and gone. You cannot get hold of Skynet through their call centre, whatsapp chat, customer service email or any number on the internet. They have very poor service, and i will not recommend anybody use them.
