Poor Service/Rude Employee

I received missed calls last night from this number +27 (73) *** at 22:40. This morning I called the number back, and found out it was your delivery guys with my unisa parcel. I was told that I would be getting my parcel today. He told me he was unable to leave it with security. He said he was in town at McDonalds I gave him my work address which was closer to him than home. Waited till midday, then called him back to found out what was taking long. He said if he doesn't make it to me by 16:30 he would deliver at home. I called him at 18:00 to find out about the delay. He said its not his fault that I didn't respond last night. He is rude and clearly can't read, post is addressed Port View but he was waiting for me at kfc on russell street. He says he didn't leave the post because alot others were waiting for him and I was just one person. I'm not sure whether that means unisa did not pay to have my parcel delivered?? He hanged up since I had told him that's no way to speak to a customer. Rejected my calls afterwards. His customer service and lack of urgency shows how uneducated he is. I want him reprimanded!!! He didn't come to my flat to deliver like your other drivers.
