POOR SERVICE REALLY!!!!!!!!!

Baddest experience ever had a package who had to be delivered on Friday 13th the delivery guy phoned my wife to come and fetch it at a point were he were because the delivery address changed she came there then the guy told her he forgot to load it but on the app it told me it was on its way then he told her he will bring it on Saturday you guys aren't even open on Saturdays phoned now on Monday then a gentleman told me you guys are closed ???? So this is how you guys do business the client must just wait.
