Poor Service, Poor Calls Answering or no answer.

Poor service from this corrier. We paid our licence disc renewal through our banking app in mid December and they sent us the tracking information. The document is being with them for alomost a month now. It does not even help to call them as they do not answer calls and even when they answer the consultants is *********** to assist us. We receive messages that the driver was delivering around 8pm and we do not get any calls. There is no options to escalate matters to this *********** corrier. If we do not get feedback will escalate the matter to our banking partner but I do not recommend anyone to deal with Skynet at all.
