Poor service. *********** Consultants.. Takes time to deliver

Their service is so poor they got my package on the 15th January today is the 7feb almost a month I haven't received it. I tried comm with them I was told it will be delivered today still no sign of delivery. When I enquire I just got escalated to the next person no one reply to me. I am very ****ed I just want my package sent back so I can go collect it myself coz they are so useless.
