Poor service from Skynet worldwide express

I have been waiting for my delivery for over three weeks now. Every week I receive an sms that my package is out on delivery but it has never been delivered to my house.

You dont get any communication from the driver, not even a miss call, but the following day when you trace your package is shipped back to Pretoria branch with no communication, not even a simple text or WhatsApp message.

When you call their customer service they will tell you that the driver is out on delivery and the moment you ask to be connected to the driver they end up hanging up your call.

They dont even get back to you to explain. ***
