Poor service from Skynet

Never received my Vodacom order from skynet. When I track my order it would say the consignee was not available whereas they never called me. My order was sent back to Vodacom. I had to order again, but the same problem happened again. Vodacom please use another courier company, we are not treated as valuable customers by skynet. As we speak I will not order again from Vodacom, because what's the point of wasting your time ordering something you will never receive.
