Poor service from SkyNet

I received a message that my delivery would be made on Friday 08/08/2025 before 5pm. I waited the entire day but no delivery was made. I tried their WhatsApp platform and you guess it no consultant or agent was available. The website indicates that they operate on a Saturday from 07h30 to 17h00 but still no delivery, no calls, no agent available
