Poor service for Skynet South Africa Tambo International Airport

I received a phone call on the 4th July 2018 from International Admin Clerk Dalene Sithole at O.R. Tambo International Airport Johannesburg requesting my ID number, the ID number was emailed on the 4th July 2018 15:12, after following up with her on the 9th July 2018 08:54 with regards to when I can expect delivery I received another email from her requesting the ID number again. The ID number was email the 2nd time on the 9th July 2018 15:12 to the same person and cc'ed in ********** Since then I have not had a email response except from info@skynet indicating that 'My mail will be responded to you shortly. Trying to contact the supervisor today has proven impossible as I keep getting cut off.
