Poor service

Im extremely dissapointed in your poor service. I received a call late week the 25th March, i missed the call as i was in a parent meeting. I called back and the delivery guy said they had my parcel for delivery, i told him i was in a meeting, he assured my the Wednesday they will deliver, however no delivery was made, i called the Thursday morning and told them i need the delivery cause it is my licence disc and if it can be delivered by 2pm, he indicated that it will be done before 2pm. At 3pm i callec but received no response. After 4pm i received a call from another delivery guy saying they have my parcel but is stuck in Durban road, Bellville, i told them to call me when they here cause its my licence disc as my car licence disc expired. Till date which is now more than 5 days, i have not received any calls or feedback with regards to my parcel. Because of your neglicence, i now received a fine for expired licence disc. I will now take this further and ensure that your drivers will never again provide bad services to any other person again. I will make sure.REFERENCES: ***S87C0, ***4
