Poor service

My product was scheduled for delivery, not even a phone call to say that my product will be offloaded and I am waiting from the 20th of December 2024 till date. Cant get hold of this people, the number on the system is just holding and no one answer the calls. Vodacom used this courier service to deliver my product but they cant even do a delivery.
