Poor service

"Extremely disappointing experience with Skynet Despite promises of timely delivery, my packages have consistently been delayed by 3 weeks . When I try to contact them, I'm left on hold for hours with no resolution. Emails go unanswered, and it seems like they don't care about their customers' concerns. Unreliable and unresponsive - I would not recommend this company to anyone.
