Poor service

I am not happy with skynet service, at first i was struggling to pay for customs their link was not working, i had to call in which i stay on call for hours before i get to an agent, i then spoke to Lindiwe whom apparently now is no longer working there i still get messages to pay for my customs whereas i did, been sending emails to their customer services all they say is that will help me soon. How soon cause it has been a month now?? What's frustrating is that i got an email stating that my parcel will be sent back to the sender within 24 hours. I paid for customs a while back i have been providing proof of payment and nothing has been done. I am angry and not happy i need my parcel
