Poor service delivery

This is the most irritating delivery service ever. For a company who's main service is delivery, they really don't. I've been waiting a week on a delivery with multiple excuses from Skynet. Never taking responsibility always blaming something for not delivering. I have contacted them and they have even contacted me confirming my address and yet no one arrived. I will advise anyone to use any other courier service out there but SKYNET. Even if it costs more, it's not worth the headache and stress.
