Poor Service delivery

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent delivery experience. A driver just drove away without waiting for someone to open the gate, and unfortunately, they did not respond to me when I spoke to them via the intercom. As a result, I am still waiting for my parcel.

This is not the first time I've encountered such an issue; my colleague experienced the same poor service recently. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future deliveries are handled more professionally.
