Poor service delivery and communication

Skynet is horrible and poor service provider. They have been holding my package from last month only 115km away from me. I emailed and still emailing and calling every day. I am not assisted. I got notified last month that my parcel will be delivered each day in may every morning i got sms with a promise for delivery but nothing even today. Skynet express is a horrible service provider
