Poor service delivery, ***

I ordered a package from Temu with Skynet being the courier. On 27/1 at about 07:30 I received an message, package out for delivery and at day end nothing was delivered. I emailed expressing my dissatisfaction. On 28/1 early I received a message saying package out for delivery. I made 2 call attempts, no answer, a Whatsapp chat attempt with Samantha which she didn't respond to. I received a stereotype email from Cedric saying delivery will take place today before end of day, no explanation just wasting another day. This can only be the result of poor management and/or NO oversight.
