Poor service delivery 😔

This company has poor customer service,they go as far as lieing when they have to deliver and say there was no one at home , though a person waited for them and no one showed up,I still haven't received my parcel that was due to be delivered on Friday, this is jeopardising my business.its for the first time when I expect a delivery on a Friday and I see on the app stating I was not home.

Good day , up to date I still haven't received my parcel. There is a consultant that has been trying to assist me but it seems as if it's a loosing battle and this issue is beyond her control on Tuesday my delivery was cancelled with the same excuses of am not at home, Wednesday I was told the is not drivers to come to my area ..so can someone please assist the consultant.This is the worst ser ice ever.😏🤧😰
