Poor service delivery

Most pathetic service delivery company in South Africa. Issue waybill on Thursday for delivery it's Saturday 18:00 now parcel yet. No one even bother to answer phone during office ours. Always the same message high volume calls. They should be ashamed even to advertise their service to South Africans.
