Poor service

Aiii these once take a Cup with their poor service.

I have been waiting for collection since Jan 2025 up until now, no one has came or communicated but I did receive collection sms and a reference no.

Evertime I make a follow up, I'm being told they are coming today or the next day but they never show up.
