POOR SERVICE

I am awaiting a parcel which has now been in transit from JHB for 3 days. Yesterday I called the call centre I was told it has arrived early yesterday morning and will be delivered today. I went on to the website this morning. The Parcel was only booked in this morning. I tried calling the call centre. After holding for 30 min the call was cut. They don't respond to the whatsapp line or e-mails either.
