Poor service

I have been trying to communicate with customer care no answers no one picks ups the phone .. I booked a delivery last week the package is been out for deliver since yesterday no means of commnunication no one responded on WhatsApp it’s a mess I do not know why they run a service that they can’t manage at all . It’s been 4 hours since I sent a mail no respond even now .. I want to know when they gonna deliver my package and why the delay …
