Poor service

If I could rate them -0 I would. I have been waiting for my delivery from Monday. Yesterday I called in as I saw on the tracking link it says consignee not available. Mind you I never received any call from the driver nor did they come to my address as I was home. During my call I was told that I will receive my parcel around 1pm and guess what I am still waiting. The number they gave me to call saying it's driver, does not exist. Today when check the tracking link again it says consignee not available. I sent email to their service department and again I was promised a delivery yesterday and I am still waiting.
