Poor service

The worst service I’ve ever received! I literally feel like crying. The way these people just ignore you is so frustrating! I asked them to deliver to the correct adress and the driver just refused! Skynet you really need to do something about your poor customer service.

Last time I had a package that allegedly got delivered to my house by a Skynet delivery guy but I didn’t receive anything plus the signature on the parcel wasn’t mine they signed self and till this day I never got the parcel and now this. Yoh I don’t know what to do. Very very bad service
